Quantic Management offers services as Principal Designers as defined under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
We act as Principal Designers, particularly in conjunction with our Project Management and Building Surveying services.
Additionally, we offer our services as CDM Advisers to the client to assist and advise them in carrying out their duties under the Regulations
All of our staff acting in the roles of Principal Designers or CDM Advisers are Chartered Surveyors and are Registered Members of the Association for Project Safety (APS).
