Quantic Management prides itself on giving a high quality quantity surveying service resourcing all projects with a minimum of two experienced Chartered Surveyors, except on very small projects, within a competitive fee.

Our team effort enables a very pro-active service to the Client with maximum flexibility in availability, skills and knowledge base, and encourages enthusiastic internal interaction to maximise the service to the Client.

The Company believes that it is vital for the Quantity Surveyor to be able to properly control costs rather than just report changes after the event. Production of robust documentation, thus ensuring where possible that all design consultants produce sufficient design and detail in time, cost checks prior to proposed design changes, if any, and subsequent ‘cost control’ of the Contractor all contribute to our ability to control costs.

All projects undertaken by Quantic Management for all Clients since the Company’s inception have been completed within budgets set and agreed with the Client.
